According to her, the woman who is currently married to her ex-boyfriend used to mock and belittle him in order to make Doyin lose interest in him.
She added that while she was falling for their manipulations, they were already dating behind her back.

“I have experienced betrayal before. I used to have a best friend, and we were very close. In fact, people would mistake us for twins because we looked so alike. At the time, I was dating a guy, but she always discouraged me and made fun of him because he had a slight limp. She would constantly mock his leg. At one point, I even took her to visit him.”
“Somehow, they exchanged numbers without my knowledge. I was dating him and I didn’t even realize that my best friend was also dating him. To this day, they are still together and even have a child. I genuinely wish them well, but I also felt deeply betrayed. It really affected my trust in people.”
