Burna Boy allegedly responded by mocking the colour of Davido’s Bugatti, acquired as a status symbol. While Burna Boy did not officially reply to the interview, a close associate revealed that he was upset by the comments. The feud has caused fans to take sides and engage in online arguments.
The feud between Davido and Burna Boy has reignited after Burna Boy allegedly responded to Davido’s recent interview where he described Burna Boy as a new cat in Nigerian music and grouped him with Fireboy, Rema, and Asake in terms of status and influence.
While the interview seemed polite, some fans criticized Davido and Burna Boy was expected to respond. He did not, but according to a close associate, he did not take the ordeal positively, especially after Davido taunted the color of his Bugatti. Burna Boy’s recent post seems to be a response to that taunt.
Davido recently acquired a multi-million Bugatti for himself.
