Camila Cabello has announced that she has something special planned for 2024. “mostly the year of this,” she wrote of a picture of her seemingly recording vocals in front of a microphone setup.
“see you next year b-tches,” she continued, adding a mouth-zipped-shut emoji.
The former Fifth Harmony member hasn’t released an album since her April 2022 LP Familia, which reached No. 10 on the Billboard 200 upon its release. The record featured singles “Don’t Go Yet” and “Bam Bam” with Ed Sheeran, which peaked at Nos. 42 and No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100, respectively.
She did, however, collaborate on the Trolls Band Together soundtrack in support of her role as Viva in the animated film. On “It Takes Two,” Cabello sings along with Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake.
Earlier this month, the X Factor alum made headlines for vacationing with Drake in Turks & Caicos. The two were spotted talking to each other on a boat and jet skiing together on the getaway, sparking romance rumors.
