A video of Davido’s uncle, Ademola Adeleke showing off his football skills at the stadium has surfaced online.
Ademola Adeleke, the governor of Osun State and uncle of popular Nigerian singer Davido, impressed the players at the Osun State stadium by displaying his football skills among the local players.
The governor was captured in the amusing video attempting to kick the ball onto the field, and when he succeeded, onlookers cheered and laughed.
This comical display comes amidst recent criticism directed at Governor Adeleke and his Osun State administration.
Recall that in October of 2023, Daniel Regha attacked Davido and the governor, claiming that the musician was acting as if his family owned the state.
Some residents’ dissatisfaction was fueled by their perception that the governor had reneged on his promises.
Davido staunchly defended his uncle on Twitter in response to the allegations, expressing his support for Governor Adeleke’s leadership.
Just a few hours ago, Davido made headlines by purchasing a new property in the upscale Eko Hotel neighborhood in Lagos State.
Davido proudly posted the extremely valuable N10 billion recently acquired property on his Instagram account.
