In a tweet on Tuesday, the rapper, originally known as Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, stated that he would prefer Skepta’s necklace over winning a Grammy.
His tweet has caused a stir on the social media platform, with mixed reactions in the comments section.
Odumodublvck wrote about his achievements since gaining fame, expressing excitement and stating that he cannot even put into words how he feels.
It is evident that the Enugu-born rapper and songwriter is thrilled at the idea of wearing Skepta’s chain. In his own words, “ODUMODU. SKEPTAS CHAIN IS ON YOUR NECK”. His full statement reads:

Odumodublvck has always idolized Skepta, a British-Nigerian grime MC, rapper, and record producer who gained popularity after releasing his debut album “Greatest Hits” on September 17, 2007.
Odumodu is not the only rapper who looks up to Skepta. Many upcoming and underground rappers, especially in Nigeria, see him as a god, an elite, and a role model in the rap industry.
Wearing Skepta’s chain is considered a significant achievement in Native’s musical career.
