In response, Anita Joseph’s husband publicly urged Angela to provide evidence to support her claims against his wife.
He stated:
“If someone accuses another person, they must provide proof. The burden of proof lies with the accuser, not the accused.”
“You must prove beyond reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty. That’s why Peter Obi presented a container full of evidence in court. Stop asking people to defend unproven allegations. If the accuser doesn’t provide indisputable evidence, just ignore and move on. XYZ did this and that. No problem, present evidence. If you don’t have evidence, remain silent.”
