Nigerian singer, Seun Kuti, has shared an interesting revelation about the Christians in Nigeria and their pursuit of wealth.
He made this revelation during his appearance on the popular podcast, ‘Spill with Phyna’, where he discussed his concerns with Nigerian Christians.
Seun Kuti explained that many people blindly follow their religious leaders despite their mistakes because they lack sufficient knowledge of the Bible.
He stated that most of them no longer practice the gospel and simply expect Christianity to make them wealthy.
He expressed his belief that if Jesus were to return to earth, many Christians would still criticize him and call for his death.
Seun Kuti believes that in Nigeria, people practice Christianity for only two reasons: to become wealthy or to go to heaven and meet Jesus.
