Nigerian artist Iyanya has revealed that one of Mayorkun‘s stolen jewelry was returned after it was taken during his performance in Calabar.

Earlier, Mayorkun tweeted that he would never return to the state, labeling his experience there as a nightmare and hellish.

A few hours after Iyanya’s tweet, one of Mayorkun’s stolen jewelry was returned to the hotel where he stayed.

Iyanya appealed to the Calabar natives to return the second necklace while expressing gratitude for the return of the first one.

He tweeted,“Thank you to the person who brought this back this morning to THE GRAND HOTEL CALABAR.

“This one has still not been found, please check around, I’m sure we have it somewhere, and will please return the second one to our brother before he leaves Calabar. Just get Grand Hotel Calabar and drop it there, there’s a reward waiting for you on arrival.”
