The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw had to be redone after a technical error excluded Manchester United from the first draw. The second draw included Manchester United facing Atletico Madrid. Other notable matches include PSG against Real Madrid, Chelsea against Lille, and Liverpool against Inter Milan. Sergio Ramos will face his former club, Real Madrid, for the first time since joining PSG. The updated draw also sees Bayern Munich facing Salzburg and Juventus taking on Villarreal.
Note: The UEFA Champions League Board have tagged this Draw void and have announced a redone by 15:00 CET after failing to include Manchester United’s ball in the option to face Atletico Madrid during the first draw.

Following a technical problem with the software of an external service provider that instructs the officials as to which teams are eligible to play each other, a material error occurred in the draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.

As a result of this, the draw has been declared void and will be entirely redone at 15:00 CET.

After the errors experienced in the first draw, following how Manchester United’s ball was misplaced to other options, the UEFA Champions League official and board have redone the draw.
The updated draw features so many changes but Chelsea maintained their spot with the French giants, Lille.
Manchester United have finally drawn Atletico Madrid after the UEFA officials failed to include their ball as an option to face Atletico Madrid as supposed.
Chelsea will still face Lille in round 16 as they await to defend their UEFA Champions League trophy for the second time.
