Ejikeme Mmesoma has pleaded guilty to manipulating her JAMB result, after initially denying the allegations. Before admitting to having forged a JAMB result of 362 and not her original score of 249, Mmesoma was penalised by the Federal Government after the JAMB board discovered that she manipulated her JAMB result shortly after she emerged as the candidate with the most scores ranging at the tally of 362.
Even though she was heavily persecuted by the authority, Mmesoma still came out publicly to debunk their motive and tagged it ‘allegation’.
Many recognised status backed her while some slammed her actions. Via pressure and more exploration, she succumbed to pressure and admitted to manipulating her result.
According to Punch Report, Mmesoma admitted to manipulating the result without the consent of her parents.
“In Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma’s submission, she owned up in the presence of her principal, and the Education Secretary that the narration by the JAMB officials was a true and correct description of what transpired.” Punch stated.
“She also admitted to having given a manipulated result by herself unaided, using the same phone Airtel Number.”
“According to her, she proceeded to the cybercafé (Prisca Global Computers, Uruagu, Nnewi) where she printed the results she had manipulated.” Punch.
Following the alleged speculation that embraces 3 years UTME ban, JAMB Authority has not officially announced her further penalty as the saga continues to trail.
