The 2023 BET Awards featured electrifying performances from artists like Davido, Quavo, and Offset. Burna Boy won the BET 2023 ‘Best International Act’ for the fourth time, and Cameroon’s Libianca became the first Cameroonian singer to win ‘Best New International Act.’ Kendrick Lamar won ‘Best Male Hip Hop Artist,’ Beyonce triumphed in three categories, and Latto was named ‘Best Female Hip Hop Artist.’ Teyana Taylor won ‘Video Director of the Year,’ Marsai Martin won the ‘Youngstars Award,’ and Kirk Franklin and Maverick City Music were honored as ‘Gospel/Inspirational Artists’ of the year. Other winners included Drake, SZA, Usher, Chris Brown, and Glorilla.
 

From Davido headlining the event with an electrifying performance of his two hit songs ‘Feel’ and ‘Unavailable’ to Quavo and Offset reuniting to pay tribute to late Takeoff with a perfect emotional performance, the 2023 BET awards ceremony kick-started with ease.

There were quite new faces but the Afrobeat Giant, Burna Boy once more dominated the show after he emerged as the BET 2023 ‘Best International Act‘ winning the prize for the fourth time (2019, 2020, 2021, 2023).
