Nigerian singer, Simisola Kosoko, popularly called Simi, has urged Netizens to give a break to the firstborns in their families.
She shared this plea on her account on the Microblogging platform, X, speaking on behalf of firstborn children who are frustrated by their families.
The singer believes that many firstborns are burdened with excessive responsibilities, which can be exhausting at times.
Even though she is the youngest in her own family, she understands that many firstborns do not voice their struggles, which is why she decided to speak out on their behalf.
Her tweet says;
Also, first borns should learn how to say no and set boundaries. You deserve peace too.”
