Popular Nigerian media personality, Do2dtun, has responded to his estranged wife, Taiwo Oyebanjo, who accused him of domestic abuse as the reason for leaving their marriage. Do2dtun claimed that Taiwo took their children despite a court order stating they shared custody. Taiwo broke her silence, accusing Do2dtun of sexual, emotional, and psychological abuse. She also denied claims that singer Dbanj played a role in their separation. Refuting Taiwo’s claims, Do2dtun challenged Dbanj to produce receipts for paying his rent and other allegations made by his wife. He also criticized Taiwo for inconsistency in her allegations and marrying her brother.
On-Air-personality, Kayode Ojuolape Oladotun, popularly known as Do2dtun, has responded to his estranged wife Taiwo Oyebanjo’s accusations of domestic abuse. She cited this as the reason for leaving their marriage and taking their children with her.
Do2dtun and Taiwo have been making headlines again after he called her out over the custody of their two daughters.
Despite a court order stating that they shared custody, Do2dtun claims that Taiwo absconded with their children. Taiwo, unhappy with this accusation, broke her silence on Saturday and explained that domestic abuse was her motive for leaving the marriage.
“For eight years, I endured your sexual, emotional, and psychological abuse. I can never recover from the trauma and pain you caused me. How did you expect me to raise the girls in that environment?”
Taiwo also addressed claims that Dbanj played a role in the end of their marriage.
“This is not Dapo’s battle; leave him out. All he did was help and cover your shame as you couldn’t fulfill your responsibilities, and now you’re fighting with Dbanj.
“Dapo paid several rents, so we did not live on the streets.
“Every decision I made was to protect the girls from you.”
In response to Taiwo’s claims, Do2dtun challenged Dbanj to provide evidence of paying his rent, as well as other allegations made by Taiwo.
“@iambangalee, I challenge you to release receipts of the rent you paid for me. I’m sure you know your sister is a liar! If she took money from you for that purpose, she probably lied, just like she squandered the kids’ school fees numerous times when they were in Tenderville. She doesn’t even know I’m aware of this. LoL.
Regarding the domestic abuse claims, Do2dtun stated, “You have told the world different stories about what happened.
“You see how inconsistent your allegations are: from domestic violence to forced abortion to emotional abuse to sexual abuse. Please stick to one story.
“What you filed is different from what you tell the press. What you say is always different from what you type.
“The marriage reached its breaking point not because of all these lies you told; it’s because you MARRIED YOUR BROTHER and gave your mother control over our relationship.”
